The Misfits, Is there a chance we'll ever see another line?

So back in 1999 21st Century Toys released 2 awesome 12" versions of Jerry and Doyle. Do you think there is any chance we'll ever see this line picked up again? I would love to see an 8" version of the Misfits silimar to what Figures is doing with the KISS figures. But of course this time it's got to have Danzig in it and at least Robo or Googy or one of the guys from back then.

I'd also would love a 2nd wave with Graves and Chud. And if they did well I guess maybe a 3rd wave with Dez and Marky just cause they are punk icons, not so great in those years of Misfits.

You could also possible have other waves with Samhain(Danzing, Von, Zing, Presler, May) and Danzig(Danzig, Biscuits, Christ, Von)

And the list could go on and on.

I know Danzig and Jerry hate each other or Jerry and Doyle now or whatever the drama is these days. But IF there was a chance it would be an awesome line to have.

I had those but sold them. They were nicely done, but I really don't like any post-Misfits Danzig anything.

I am not a fan of music-related toys, especially of Punk and Metal stuff. I did however purchase those Medicom Danzig figures though.

Danzig controls everything, so you will not see anything related to the old line-up in any form. There is bad blood between Jerry, Glenn and most ex-Misfits, so nothing there either.

From what I remember, Danzig gave Jerry the rights to the Misfits in exchange for 50% of all merchandise sales. I think some things he gets 100% for if he releases it himself. There is some sort of shared ownership over the name.

I just want to throw this out in case anyone down the road every ends up with a Gene Simmons Hotter Than Hell 8" Skull and Crossbones shirt in their excess fodder, please let me know. That would make a perferct shirt for Glen whenever I get around to customizing him. The 8" figure will look great next to the two 12" figures of Doyle and Jerry.
