Would you collect Game of Thrones figures?

Does anyone know the status of this property's toy license? I saw that they have statues and vinyl figures but I'm really not interested in that stuff....I would buy all of the figures if someone produced them. I think it's inevitable considering how hot a series it has become.....

Would you collect these figures??

Like 12inch ..., or ofcourse Mego, I'd Have Big time Interest.

Although ..., I'd also Buy a Hound, or a John Snow The ******* With White Wolf , If I saw em in Marvel legends/ Toy Biz or Neca Style.

Dark Horse has the license, but they seem to be content doing more high-end statues than actual action figures.

But I agree with Jason. This line would need to appeal to the adult fans... and I don't think a little hunk of crappy plastic is going to cut it. The sculpt and the level of detail would dictate the success of the line. That said, there are a ton of characters and a rabid fanbase. Somebody like Hot Toys could make a killing with these.

Until then... I'll keep making my customs.

I love the show but I don't think I would by any kind of figures for it.

I couldn't afford buying more than one or two if Hot Toys made them, but if NECA made a 1/12 line or something like that, I'd buy most of them. Maybe even duplicates of a couple, like Khal Drogo. Their level of sculpting and detail would make me happy. If BBP made some like their Flash Gordon figures (not the 1/9 scale ones, although that would be nice, as well)--which were very similar in quality to DC Direct's Kingdom Come and Justice lines--I think they'd do well and completely smoke the SMDM and BSG stuff they're doing, sales-wise. Don't get me wrong, I love that stuff, but right now, Game of Thrones is hotter than heck and has a huge fanbase.
