I thought it was real because it was sandwiched between actual Toy Fair reveals for the 66 Batman line and Man of Steel movie masters.

    Yep.

It's just a case of live and learn.

One hint to the OP.... if it looks THAT ugly... it may not even be a prototype.

Which leads me to my NEXT tip... if in doubt about a new line.... GOOGLE.

Mattel would've certainly had a press release or something on this.

Don't feel bad, it happens to everybody. You can go back in and edit the title of the thread and your first post to let people know that it was a hoax.

Don't worry about it. I feel for the custom Clark Kent last year. They are well done customs.

Well, now I feel like an idiot.

I got so excited...I just looked at the pictures, and the list of figures...

Mods should probably delete this whole thread.

    So sorry people.

^Sheesh, I hate when folks try to pass this stuff off as real. That being said, I love the idea, but the execution is lacking.

Again, 6 inch scale news saves the day.

    And my collecting hobby budget.

If this comes to fruition, I will own them ALL.

AND be pleased I never got in on the admittedly nice-looking modern 1/6th scale Superman movie stuff.

Definitely not as good as the '66 Batman figures but I'm hoping it's just a prototype and will be improved.

Wow, that looks really bad. A real generic and ugly looking Sups. I'm not seeing Christopher Reeve at all. The pic looks heavily photoshopped so here's hoping the actual figure looks better.
