Applause I believe. About 14" tall. Set also includes Robin, Wonder Woman and Flash for DC and Spidey, Cap and Hulk for Marvel. Late 90's?

Late 80s, I believe. I think they started hitting in 88, and most were in stock for the big Batman push of 89. I think Applause released them under their Hamilton Presents imprint, which is what you normally see them referred to as.
