Make your own Frankenstein at Target

I haven't seen these personally, but according to Action Figure Insider (see link above), Target is carrying RoseArt Halloween-themed "Color Blanks" figures of a Frankenstein-type monster, a Jack-O-Lantern, and a Ghost.

The idea, of course, is to paint and customize these as you like. I'm hoping to find a Frankie now!

I bought a set of similar blank Mickey Mouse figures at Disney World. Working on a set for the family now.

Hey Chris. The wife and I saw those this past weekend. Very cool idea. It just screams at the customizer in you.

Oh yeah, these were at Michaels about 3-4 years ago. I think one of the kid's frankies is in my toyroom.

My kids did a couple like these a couple years ago. They're very cute. I have them on my monster shelf.

The ones at michael's are awesome due to the fact that they are cheap (2 or 3 bucks each) I am not sure how much those guys are going for but I might snag the ghost since he wasn't n the michael's line up.

According to posts over at UMA, there is a larger light-up Frankenstein located in the craft section of Target as well.

I bought the bat, cat, Frankenstein, and pumpkin head at Michael's. Last year. Haven't done anything with them, yet...Neat.
