Hot Toys 1966 Batman Series Batmobile 1/6 Scale

I finally managed to get my jaw reattached and post this after finding the info on another board. This is beyond awesome and I have no doubts that 1/6 figures are in the works as well!

One can only imagine they'll make dolls to put in that thing. Should be awesome.

Might it look groovy with megos in it or do you think it'll be too big?

I'm not quite certain how my lovely spouse will be able to get this on the plane as carry on luggage from Tokyo. Maybe the nice people at Toy Sapiens can help her duct tape a skateboard to the bottom of the box. I assume this will count towards Christmas and birthdays up until my death at a ripe old age.

I am feeling like the Lynda Carter Hot Toys Wonder Woman just come one more step into the realm of possibility.

I really wonder how deep this line would go... Adam west batman, Burt ward robin, Yvonne Craig batgirl... Multiple heads for Catwoman? Burgess Meredith penguin, joker better have a sculpted mustache Painted over.

Riddler... Green leotard or green business suit with bowler hat? Frank Gorshin of course, but with an extra Gomez Addams head?

If they made a John Austin head, the only point would be to use him for Gomez.

This is going to fit 12" size figures.

I was expecting to see an announcement that HT was going to do stuff from Batman '66, never expected to see something already done. Way cool. Will be way expensive too. Lucky to be $600.

I passed on Keaton and Bale Batmobiles, but not on that one. That is the Batmobile to me.

Link to a short article that says more 1/6th scale to come. www.actionfigureinsider.com/main/hot-toys-announces-license-for-batman-1966-tv-series

Joker, Penguin and Catwoman are musts as well as the Batman and Robin. Batgirl and Riddler would be next on my list, but would also love Egghead and King Tutt. I

I'm going to have to get a second job.

And, I'm with you, Ed, bring on Lynda Carter Wonder Woman.

Got some specs...at 1:6 scale, the Batmobile will be 37.5 inches long.
Now if you'll excuse me, I'm off to sell some plasma...

Okay, now I have to get a Keaton, because I know they are going to make West and Ward.

And I too have managed to pass up the Tumbler and 89 'mobile, but this...this is "THE" Batmobile. They even say it right there!!!

Cha-Ching! Oh Yeah! This is awesome! Can't wait for figures too! Finally vindication from kindergarten when everyone gathered around some kid named David and his G.I. Joe wearing a Bat-costume his mother had sewn (although now I suspect it was probably a Capt Action costume). When news hit of Batman figures by some company named Mego, we all assumed they'd look like the heroes from the TV show.
