I was Talking about the SDCC "show" ...
I am so tired of all these "Exclusives" That They smoke and Mirror BS for. Thank God I didn't want The MOTU Classic or DCU Classic figures this year. ..... But there's a few 12inchers I want. I'm just tired of it.

Glad to hear that other people feel the same way about SDCC.
Nothing but over-hyped press events and long lines.....

It was a great cartoon. Lots of action. Made by the same people as GI Joe & Transformers I believe.

Huh...Well that's disappointing. Nothing new other than Hollywood Jem's (window-less?) box and the halloween costumes (probably Rubies?). Hopefully more will be revealed in the coming days. But yeah, not a fan of that box, big turn off that you can't see the product.

Congrats. Glad some people here were able to get one. How's the quality? Hair looks nice and the face looks less harsh than the prototype. Hopefully the standard editions will be easier to get.

To hell with that. There's close to 25 years of pent of demand for Jem dolls. You'd think they would have made enough to, at the very least, last a couple of hours. I'm actually kinda ticked about it. I'm also irked Hasbro couldn't release a mass market Jem line themselves. I think a $40 mass market collector line would sell like crazy.

Hasbro is another toy company I can't figure out. Look how they never followed through with a new M.A.S.K. line when they released that Matt Trakker figure for G.I. Joe. And now this.

I just hope they change the box for the regular line. If I'm going to plunk down $125 for one of these, I better damn well be able to see the thing. Give me a window box with some effort of display rather than a static doll tied up in a cigar box, or I'm just not interested. It's so boring! Vintage Jem dolls managed to pull this off just fine. Why can't higher-end dolls do the same? Am I asking to much? Is there a reason Sideshow, Hot Toys, Tonner, etc. provide the least interesting packaging possible? I don't understand why product this detailed isn't presented as dynamically as possible.
