I actually have 3 or 4 of these figures and I really liked them. They are slightly smaller than the later DC universe figures and lacks some of the articulation. But they had some of the same sculptors as the later line also. Zipline Batman still looks great too me my opnly gripe is that I think they could have made a larger cape for him.

I liked them. Zip Line Batman and the 2 pack Superman are still really nice looking figures. I think they were only $7 too. The two packs were less than the single DCUC figures are now. Horrendous case assortments though. Wasn't Joker and Robin like one every other case? You are a bold and courageous person, afraid of nothing. High on a hill top near your home, there stands a dilapidated old mansion. Some say the place is haunted, but you don't believe in such myths. One dark and stormy night, a light appears in the topmost window in the tower of the old house. You decide to investigate... and you never return... -
^Yeah, this line suffered from the horrible case ratios which killed the MOTU revival around the same time.
There are some very nice figures in that line. Joker is nice too, but he was tooled too short. He's shorter than Robin! Robin and Superman were not sculpted by the 4 Horsemen, but I still like them pretty well.
This line evolved into DC Super Heroes, which in turn evolved into DCUC. I consider them all one line really.
