I picked these up today and was pleasantly surprised at their scale and poseability. I like the battle damaged figures the best, so those are the ones I picked up.
I like the fact they have a joint in the foot. They hold their pose well for the kind of looks you would want. The shorts are actually made of somewhat pliable rubber, so there is flexibility for certain looks.
Here are some shots for scale of other common figures. Bigger than your 6 inch heroes. But slightly smaller than the classic 8 inch scale.
