Do any of the Hot Toy figures have removable masks? It shouldn't be too hard to figure that into the production, after all Mego did it in the 70s

Alot of people are trying to sell him for about 300 now ...., I scored him for suggested retail price with shipping. He was previously displayed however, but I've always wanted him ..., because now is the time to get him imo.

I wasn't gonna get him ..., but had to. Prices never come back for some of these...., anyone see the Prices for The Jackman Woverine ?

So Now I got 13 of em ...

      Arnie Dutch
      Arnie Terminator
      Arnie Terminator 2
      Billy from Predator
      The Predator Cleaner
      The Bezerker Predator
IronMan Mark 3 ..., The Battle Damaged Alternate Head
      WarMachine
      Ledger Joker
      Bank Robber Ledger Joker
      Jack Sparrow
      Captain America
      Whiplash

      & a Trade going for Thor .
Hope to find a Good buy on Black Widow ...., and add Red Skull and The Jack Joker to the Madness soon.
That's awesome Jason! I need to do a count too. Let's see...Here's what I've got and what's either in the mail or coming shortly -

      Batman Begins
      Ledger Joker
      Rambo MMS46 version
      Rambo First Blood Part One
      Rambo III
      Rocky IV
      Rocky Italian Stallion
      Barney Ross
      Jack Sparrow DX
      Captain America (in the mail)
      Keaton/Batman (pre-order)

And then I've got extra parts and bodies I bought to make customs. I feel like I'm missing something. Hmmm. With my collection mostly in storage with my basement being remodeled, I can't exactly go down and just look. I think that's pretty close to it for my Hot Toys stuff, thus far. More to be added this year, that is for sure. I'm trying to find a really good price on Drago , Apollo, and Clubber Lang (in that order). But with Hot Toys continuing to make these figures better and better, I'm beginning to get weary of going back too far now. With their advancements, especially in sculpts, I find myself holding back some on the old stuff. Still like the molded bodies they used on Rocky and Rambo though. I haven't had any problems with the rubber tearing, so maybe I'm just lucky.

Not much that I have seen. Typically if you get an alter ego package, it will come with a different head. Now there was a Iron man that had the front face mask come off, so I guess that counts. But for the most part, no. None of the Batman's do. You get some of that with the DC Direct 12 inch figures though. Robin, Green Arrow, and Green Lantern all have masks that come off.

I have the orignal Dark Knight Batman and Joker, Two-Face, and Reeve Superman. And they are all fantastic. My only gripe was I broke the gauntlet spikes on my Batman right out of the box. But I think they basically just came unglued, so I reglued them. After that, no issues.

This be a true statement. But I look at the flip side. If you ever need the money you can sell them and get at least what you paid for them. Typically much more. I think Hot Toys are a better investment than most stocks.

Just wait for the Avengers Bk and they'll be a new one. Her hair is shorted in the Avengers and I'm betting they'll have a new head sculpt as well.

Well, Cindy convinced me I deserved this figure, and I eventually agreed. I actually got him off of Amazon for a fair price and decent shipping. The price has since went up. He came today. The costume work is insane. I was a bit nervous with the buckle on his shield, and his very stiff elbow joints, but all worked out well. He's now posed along side my Chris Reeve Superman. Maybe Supes found his frozen butt outside the fortress and thawed him out?

I can't find anything wrong with this figure. The perfect collectible from one of my favorite films. Bravo!

I just got one of those yesterday (the shelf was empty and they only had one in the back, unfortunately), and a couple of the smaller 13x5.5x5.5 ones. The smaller ones fit my HT Reeve Superman perfectly, but there's no way the Keaton Batman will fit into it with those ears. I'll have to upgrade Supes to the 15" so they match and save the 13" ones for vintage Joes or something. They're pretty nice, especially considering the price!

How'd you get yours so clean, though? I had a heck of a time getting the tape from the interior label off of it, and the adhesive residue kind of smeared. I'm afraid to use Goo Gone on it, because I've seen it cloud plastics. Thanks for any tips!

EDIT: And 'grats on getting the Cap! He looks like a winner, and I keep getting the urge to postpone my preordered Batman and buy one while they're still around.

I have a feeling these are going to increase in value after the Avengers come out. It's a nice figure. I keep mine on my desk. He keeps guard with my pooches while I work.

I think Michael Crawford said he was sent a preview of the Keaton Batman. I don't think he's out yet.

Sideshow Collectibles started processing orders for the Keaton Bats today; unfortunately, they're getting a "split" shipment, meaning anyone (me!) who pre-ordered with them after Jan 1 won't be getting theirs until March.
