This be a true statement. But I look at the flip side. If you ever need the money you can sell them and get at least what you paid for them. Typically much more. I think Hot Toys are a better investment than most stocks.

I have the orignal Dark Knight Batman and Joker, Two-Face, and Reeve Superman. And they are all fantastic. My only gripe was I broke the gauntlet spikes on my Batman right out of the box. But I think they basically just came unglued, so I reglued them. After that, no issues.

Do any of the Hot Toy figures have removable masks? It shouldn't be too hard to figure that into the production, after all Mego did it in the 70s

Not much that I have seen. Typically if you get an alter ego package, it will come with a different head. Now there was a Iron man that had the front face mask come off, so I guess that counts. But for the most part, no. None of the Batman's do. You get some of that with the DC Direct 12 inch figures though. Robin, Green Arrow, and Green Lantern all have masks that come off.

I got a Really good Buy on WhipLash last night .....
Alot of people are trying to sell him for about 300 now ...., I scored him for suggested retail price with shipping. He was previously displayed however, but I've always wanted him ..., because now is the time to get him imo.

I wasn't gonna get him ..., but had to. Prices never come back for some of these...., anyone see the Prices for The Jackman Woverine ?

And then I've got extra parts and bodies I bought to make customs. I feel like I'm missing something. Hmmm. With my collection mostly in storage with my basement being remodeled, I can't exactly go down and just look. I think that's pretty close to it for my Hot Toys stuff, thus far. More to be added this year, that is for sure. I'm trying to find a really good price on Drago , Apollo, and Clubber Lang (in that order). But with Hot Toys continuing to make these figures better and better, I'm beginning to get weary of going back too far now. With their advancements, especially in sculpts, I find myself holding back some on the old stuff. Still like the molded bodies they used on Rocky and Rambo though. I haven't had any problems with the rubber tearing, so maybe I'm just lucky.

Mine is getting shipped today. It's such a beautiful figure, that I had to have it. I watched enough Youtube reviews that I took the dive. I also don't care for how their changing his outfit in the Avengers, so this might become a more desirable version should they make his Avenger counterpart. Plus if they make the Steve Rogers head, I'll just buy the head separately on EBay to go with this one.

that is an acrylic wine bottle display case that I got at Michael's. they run them half off quite a bit and if memory serves me right, i got it for around $10.
