Gi Joe Street Fighter Blanca variations ??

I just stumbled on the GI Joe \ Street Fighter figures on Ebay and was wondering if there is any variations in Blanca?

Seems there is one that is numbered and might have shorter hair- or it could just be the way it was packaged. Then there is a non-numbered version that seems to have bigger hair.

Anybody know much about these?

The 3 3/4 ones? think theres two different colours. green and aqua blue?

I should have specified- I was looking at the 12 or are they 11 inch?
