    Marvel Legends 2012?

Haven't really been keeping up on this series as I stopped collecting after Toybiz stopped making them, although I did buy Hasbro wave 1. So whats with Hasbro's relaunch? I didn't know they had stopped?

I was big collector of ML back in the day and I'm glad to see these guys are back. Sadly the higher price point will restrict my purchases.

Marvel Legend Type figures have still been going ..., with 2-Packs and Ironman Figures. And Now Thor and Cap Movie Figures.

I just haven't really been a Huge Fan of the Series since they Really Left Toy Biz's Hands. ... I do believe there was some cool Stuff ..., Like Fing Fang Foom, WarPath, Valkeryie WW2 1st Appearance Cap, Skaar and a Few others, But I haven't been in "collect them all" Mode with the line since the departure.
... The Original Knight ..., Often Imitated, However Never Duplicated. The 1st Knight in Customs.

always trading for Hot Toys Figures .

yeah, i like the way toy biz did them too. some of hasbro characters were good like warpath and some others but i've been selective on many of them.

Yeah I was looking at my Hasbro Wave 1 the other day, they really were poor. Hasbro really dropped the ball. I think Tozbiz Marvel Legends was an incredible series, the lines and even the some of the BAFs. I think we will look back at that some day and remember it as something that was quite wonderful and fun to collect. I'm still missing a few and some of the variants and will pick them up eventually.

I agree. The old Toybiz MLs were great and had.. paint apps!

Although Toyfare reported Hasbro as keeping the same sculptors as Toy Biz, it was evident it wasn't the case at all. I loved the original line, but couldn't drop it fast enough when the new sculpts started popping up at retail. These actually look pretty good, though!

EDIT: I have to be a bit fair to Hasbro, though--their Legends "Icons" 1/6 line was very well done, and I bought several (Captain America, Wolverine, Iron Man, Dr. Doom, Hulk, Thor, Punisher, and Phoenix) of those. I can't praise them enough.

I am with you on this. Yes, they look good. However they are clearly a different line of toys and I was so put off by it i didn't bother.

I think it's highly probable those original sculptors worked on the Legendary Comic Book Heroes line. I see a lot of similarities in the style, and it's the same company they had been working for. I'll trust my eyes over Toyfare's reporting.
