Got this update today from Sideshow:

Dear Valued Collector,

We will begin processing all orders for this item on November 11, 2011. We ask that you have the funds available on your credit card by this date to ensure the successful processing and shipment of your order.

Due to the large volume of Superman orders, it will likely take our staff several business days (Monday – Friday) to get all of the orders processed! If by next Friday (November 18th) you have not seen any charge go through on your credit card or received any emails from Sideshow with your tracking number and invoice, then you are welcome to contact our office to check on the status of your specific order.

Yeah, I ordered the exclusive one with the kryptonite necklace...Sideshow has already taken two payments from me (I ordered it via Flex Pay)...that one is already sold out (on a Waiting List for the few who will bail or credit card bounces, lol)...but the regular Supes is still available...so I can't wait...

^Believe me when I say this is a rarity for me. My wife went over budget a few Christmases ago and got me the original HT Dark Knight Joker and Batman, and I found Two-Face on sale, but most HT figures are WAY out of my price range.

BUT, Superman: The Movie is my favorite film of all time, and Chris Reeve is MY Superman. I couldn't pass this one up.

Any birthday money I receive in December is going in the main till to cover this!

They told me, I was suppost to get my Movie Cap & Sparrow Hot Toys figures before Reeves ... I haven't gotten anything stating Reeves is instock..., so I am confused on the eta They seem to have with the figure, let alone all my pre-orders.

BTW ..., I make myself afford these ..., I don't have this kinda cash either.

I was really thinking about backing out of this--my DC Direct "Kingdom Come" Superman is beautiful and should be enough for me--but every time I see it, I just can't do it. I've never spent this much on a new figure before, but I doubt there will ever be any Superman this cool again. Got to bite the bullet and just take the hit.

Hot Toys really needs to get on an Arnold version of Conan.

EDIT: It seems Michael Crawford has already gotten his, so they are on the way.

Same here, and I can't wait to see him. I wonder why the Keaton Batman says "Shipping soon" and he's supposed to be released in February?
