anybody out there that can tell me how they are made? Is there a plastic form under the hair or is it something else?

If they are like Obitsu dolls wigs?Then the one i bought had like an elastic type mesh,the hair was weaved and glued into the mesh,like when rooting hair on a vinyl head.

Sounds similar to the Obitsu dolls,they have interchangable wigs.
I was looking for a wig for a V fo Vendetta custom but couldn't find a wig small enough,so i am going with a silicone cap and the re-root idea.
