I tried to resist all of the new MOTU figures, but my husband got me She Ra at a toy show. Then I saw pictures of Swift Wind, and I had to have him. The only thing I don't like is that it sounds like Mattel rereleased She Ra with legs that are better able to ride. Oh well, I'm not ordering a 2nd figure. I'll pose them side by side if I have to.

So far, they've all been awesome. I really like Catra too. The problem is, they're a pricey habit to start. I have She Ra, I'm getting Swift Wind, and that will be all. Because I feel like if I buy any other characters, it doesn't take long to become a slippery slope.

I, too was ONLY going to get the original 8. Then came Trap Jaw. Moss Man. Roboto. Palace Guards. Battle Cat. Panthor...well you get the idea.

they are nice figures. i would go as far as saying they may be one of the best series ever produced. i grew up with the character so im a little partial though,lol
ive gotta resist though, im after the entire vintage line first.
she does have a point though, its an expensive addiction at $30 to 40 a piece and it can get frustrating trying to get a certain character.
they need to get it into retail at some point badly. its good enough to sell!

Has anyone gotten Swift Wind? Big Bad Toy Store lists the release date at November, but I haven't heard anything since then.

I would contact them just to see what is up. I really haven't bought much from them but when I inquire about an item, they usually get back to me that same day. They should have received their orders by now since they sold on Matty Collector on 11/15.

I got my niece She-Ra Vol 1 for Christmas. She'll love it. She watches it on tv and likes that she's not only a warrior but also a princess. She's really got a thing for the Princess theme.
