12 inch Star Trek wave 2 ?????

Hey everyone,

The 12 inch Star Trek movie figures IMO were really cool and there was supposed to be a Scotty, Uhura, and Nero. I was all set to buy up a bunch of those Scotty's and never saw them released??? Did they ever go up for sale? That Nero figure looked awesome. I could have had a 12 inch red shirt army. Does anyone know anything about these figures??? Please LMK thanks

I googled these figures and there were a bunch of dealers that were gonna sell them but it looks like they were sold out??? I didn't know they sold at all???

I personally don't believe they were ever made, along with the rest of the small figures and the pieces to complete the playsets.

Unfortunately wave one was all that got produced. I don't believe the merchandise was very successful.

Yeah, Scotty, Uhura, and Nero never saw the light of day. Despite the success of the movie, the toys did not do well and can still be found peg-warming in some closeout stores. The 12" Pike and Sulu were TRU exclusives, otherwise they probably wouldn't have been made either..
