I just saw the Batman Legacy Batman Arkham City Batman figure in TRU today (different package than the first 2 waves). Batman is blue/gray with the yellow bat-oval.

There is a picture of two 2-packs on the back (Robin & Joker and Two-Face & Batman). Catwoman is on the package.
