how many times have you bought the same character in different sizes recentlly?

Most of the characters in the action figure isle are from my childhood.

Have the American toy companies decided to stick with a system that works?
Give us different scales of the same characters?

The "Power Ranger Formula" has been going for over 50 years in Asia.

Sometimes I miss new weird things like Hugo, Food Fighters,Mangloids,Suckerman,Gregory, Stretch, etc.

The recent Jedi mind control sphere was a creepy& cool idea.

what i personally would like is for the toy companies to REALLY try the mego eight inch scale on a popular toy brand at a reasonable price and see what happens. i wouldnt mind if the ctvt figures were tried at some place like Walmart. I wonder how well they would do. Those new Thundercats are sorta close (at least they are 8'') and look great.
I also would like a heman scaled fantasy line again. The Warlocks and Warriors might fit (still havent seen pictures though) but i doubt they will be retail but who knows
I would like some new weird things to be released to. the only thing weird recently that ive liked is the mighty beans with different characters. Kinda getting tired of Legos and mightyblocks now....
