Discolored heads on new Star Wars figures?

Has anyone else noticed most, if not all the new Hasbro Clone Troopers, Stormtroopers, etc. have yellow heads?

I know sometimes it happened to the vintage figures with age, but these are brand new.

This seems to have been a problem primarily with the troopers in the current neo-Vintage line. I've seen it primarily on the Utapau clones and the generic white clones, as well as the Stormtroopers (NOT the Stormies or clones in the Saga line, though). I think Hasbro reps came and pulled many of these from store shelves, or allowed stores to return them for credit. Not really sure. I haven't been keeping up with SW collecting news much in the last few months.

I suspect a factory used a different, poorer grade of plastic.

They are yellowed factory fresh out of new boxes on to shelves, I hope this is not the case.
