I have a bunch of them-- They're pretty good. The colors are off on some of the gorilla faces, but I think they did that to make them look somewhat different because they used the same head sculpt for multiple gorilla characters. I wait until I see the one or ones I need for cheap either in here or on evilbay.
I have all of them (MOC), except one of the Caesar chase figures. I got all of mine from two members on this forum. Factoring in the cost of shipping, I paid about $5.00 each for them. I think they're great. I just wish some mutants had been produced.
Bought my 1st one today on Ebay for 9.50gbp but others I have seen on there are selling between 14 to 35 gbp. They seem a bit cheaper in the states but 20gbp shipping per figure I think is very high
I have most of them. What many don't realize is when to you put the cards side by side, most of them create a scene in the front packing. My bro Emeraldknight discovered that when he was looking at them recently. I never knew that.
Some figures are better than others. The apeonauts are excellent. I've got them all, excluding the chase figure, they lack mobility. You can only move the arms and turn the waist.
For whatever reason sculptors, including the folks at Hot Toys, seem to have problems with the Gorilla.
I purchased a set (incl variants) a few years ago and love them. The sculpts/likenesses are pretty good though the articulation is statuesque. They look great carded though (they do indeed form a mural-like scene when placed together) and are essential to any PotA collection imo, if only for sheer character selection. I've since seen full sets sell for 3 x what I got mine for, so I'm very happy to have picked them up when I did.
