Big Giant Naked Dude???

Hey everyone!!! At mego meet I was lucky enough to aquire the big blonde naked action figure from Steve. I am Lucky to have Brian Leitner make a Giantman suit for this 2 foot tall giant action figure. Everyone told me he was an exclusive military figure sort of like Gi Joe, like one for every service. I am trying to find out more about him online but can't find anything. Can anyone help me out with some info onthis great big figure? What company made them and when? Is there anything online about them? I am just curious, thanks.

Yeah i remember these now seeing them at TRU. enemies were planned but never produced ,
I purchase 1/3 scale Japanese Nambu pistols from my friend in china, that was going to go to this line
