Small four-sided cardboard display in the aisle....had the 8" figures, 3 3/4" figures, mask with ring set and deluxe 3 3/4" sets...

I just picked up the mask with ring to display...I have no interest in starting collections of the movie lines....

Damn, I was just at a TRU the other day and seen all that stuff. I figured it was old news. Had I have known it wasn't I would have taken pictures for all to see. Maybe next time.

They weren't supposed to be out till today (May 1st) ours is on a pallet in the back room till the morning. That said I'll be there tomorrow morning to pick some up.

I saw a few more but I didn't have the scratch for them till next week so I'll post some pics and a review if you guys want.

Thanks. I stopped by my tru and didn't see it either.

I just got back from our local TRU and they had all the GL items. Some pretty good stuff, but I've decided to buy little to none of the movie stuff. It's hard, but if I dive in I tend to want complete sets. So better off to just stay away from all of it.

A nearby Wal-Mart had some of the 3 3/4" figures. Hal, Kilowog, Abin Sur, Stel, some rock guy, some dinosaur-like guy, and a black-suited Hal with a saw construct. No Sinestro or Green Man. My son and I each got a Hal. Decent likeness and sculpt, but the articulation was a little more limited than I expected. Just pivot shoulders, twisting head and waist, and standard hips. The ring construct fist and ring kind of make up for it though. Not badly priced at $6.97, compared to some of the other figures out there.
