What happened to Hot Toys Reeve Superman?

That is just breathtaking....what a great job! I have a few thoughts on this:

• They will do this as a DX version for sure: Moving eyes, Fortress of solitude base etc. maybe Clark Kent outfit and head also.
• The standard version would probably be just the figure.
• They will re-release the Jor-El figure maybe in a black suit when this one comes out.
• They may do a DX version of the Superman Returns figure at the same time while the fever is up. May re-release the 2in1.

For me...this figure is a dream come true...and the best company that could make it. I am all over this!

Holy molley, that is something else! But I have been blown away by prototypes before then see that the actual figure is lacking. I hope this is not the case here (or maybe I do since it will quench the desire to pony up the cash for one)

I'm absolutely stoked about this one! I bought the Mattel version and turned around and sold it on eBay. Very disappointing. The only other Hot Toys product I have is the Abigail Whistler, but it is one of the nicest toys I own. I can't wait for this Superman. Or the Michael Keaton Batman, for that matter. And the Jack Nicholson Joker.

This will be my first Hot Toys figure. I'd like to see a Keaton Batman and an Arnie Conan, as well.

Looks like he comes with multiple hands, Kryptonite on chain, and part of the Fortress.

EDITED TO ADD:

AFI confirms the Fortress piece comes with the figure, and part of the proceeds go to the Christopher and Dana Reeve Foundation. So your money will be well spent!
