    Monster High = Good Stuff!

I know it's been mentioned before but this line IS REALLY COOL! In between a bunch of other junk I had to do today video wise I downloaded all of the Monster High shorts that is up on youtube and put 'em on to DVD for the TV at the house. Anyway, I've been peaking in at some different points and this is a very well done concept. The little toons are short, too the point and at times laugh out loud funny. Good stuff!

I had been treating my wife to a MH doll as a surprise gift over the past couple of months but I had no idea how really cool this line is. Big Bravo to Mattel!

*On a side note, if anyone wants a copy of the DVD let me know. It runs 1hr and 10mins. I just ran all 26 of the little shorts together instead of breaking 'em up. This is for the fans and not for mass market, underground bootlegging. Just a CYA on my end with that last statement.

I really like the idea of the MH kids, but I wish they had some longer pants.
I am far from a prudish fellow, but as a papa to a little girl, I realize there are enormous pressures on our kids to belong and be 'pretty' but glamour does not necessarily equal nekkid.

I saw the most I'd seen ever since before Christmas last Thursday at Target. A full end-cap plus what was on the shelf in the isle. First time I'd seen Jackson Jekyl and the beach ones. Very cool figures for sure.

It's a great line and Mattel is obviously putting a lot of care and effort into it. I started a thread about them quite awhile back with all kinds of pics and info.

Mattel's Monster High - Mego Talk
You are a bold and courageous person, afraid of nothing. High on a hill top near your home, there stands a dilapidated old mansion. Some say the place is haunted, but you don't believe in such myths. One dark and stormy night, a light appears in the topmost window in the tower of the old house. You decide to investigate... and you never return...

I will have to go check out Target and see if they have any. Looking to get the DracuLaura coffin for my little one. I did find Frankie Steins bed for her at Toys R Us.
