So, what did you all think of Toy Fair this year?

My favorite new line shown was the Bandai Classic Thundercats. They look great. Cannot wait for those.

There were a lot of great quality items and a good variety of licenses shown and I could not be happier for everyone. But very little of it appealed to me, unfortunately. I'm an 80s kid at heart and would have loved to have seen stuff like M.A.S.K., Silverhawks, Jem, Sectaurs, etc. Oh, well, maybe next year.

It was an ok showing. I would have liked to see more retro stuff as well. I currently am collecting the Mattel WWE and MOTUC lines and there is some cool looking stuff coming out so I am happy there.

I was dissapointed that we didn't see wave 5 and there were no announcements that got me really excited.

I wasn't all that blown away by anything other then the G.I.Joe stuff and I don't collect them anymore. I thought the Cobra Commander with Starscream (Skystriker) was really clever.

For us comic-related nerds, Toy Fair just doesn't pack the wallop it used to. More stuff is revealed at SDCC. Still, so great stuff this year, but I'd like to have seen Retro Wave 5 (at least) and another few waves of DCUC.

Yeah...it was a bit of a bust. cool news from BBP and EMCE, but most of the other stuff was already revealed at SDCC or NYCC and seemed kinda blah now.

I was happy to see 12" Joes again...real ones, with cloth outfits and everything!

I guess its a long silent wait for 2011SDCC now.
