I saw that sucker a couple of days ago. Wowzers! Big tag tho. If'n you are into this sort of detail and can drop the 3 franklins on him. I foresee a buch of the floppy prometheus body SS Indys up for sale soon.

The thing that made me most curious was the bit in the description about interchangeable hairstyles. I'm gonna have to go look that up again.

edit: correction He is only gonna be 250.

here is what is written in the product description on SS concerning the hair.
"Two (2) hair styles, including one (1) for wearing fedora and one (1) for wearing headscarf "

on the picture showing Indy with and without hat, the caption reads:
    "Two interchangeable hair styles"

Now, does that mean two different portraits (I am thinking yes) or has Hot Toys really gone over the razor edge and made removable toupees for the figures??

Also worth noting - the eyes are moveable using the "Parallel Eyeball Rolling System"

I was all gangbusters for this when they first announced it. But after seeing it, and seeing the price tag, I have to pass. Not real crazy about the face sculpt. Besides, I only just bought the Sideshow one about 6 months ago for $50. Although, I love all the accessories that comes with it. I just hope the upcoming CR Superman isn't $250. But it probably will be. :(

Not bad. I like the rolling eyeball feature and the extra accessories.

Yeah, there's been a real mixed reaction to the face sculpt. People are used to perfection from Hot Toys, and this one does look a little off. But I think they'll keep refining it, as is their usual practice.

I agree though, the accessories are amazing. The whip looks like it's made from individual straps - that easily blows away the two rubbery ones that came with Sideshow's.

Ford has proven time and time again to be a difficult sculpt. Rugged face, but not easily captured in a 3d form.

He kinda looks like Ford and Michael J. Fox's lovechild... but I still think
                it's a killer piece/set despite that.

Yeah, I agree. The face sculpt is off just a bit. Hot Toys have problems with Harrison Ford just like they do Johnny Depp as Jack Sparrow. They never quite get an expression that reminds you of the actor playing him.
