having purchased cases of some of the BBP items and opening them myself, slightly warped is, at times, how these arrive. Bent and creased, no. But waves are not out of the question.

General shipping wise I'd agree. But responding to a customer complaint? "Outstanding" customer service would make sure they sent the best replacements and ship it extra careful.

I can deal with the cards being slightly warped and possibly straighten them out. They sent me new figures within 5 days, meaning they were in my hand and also told me to keep the damaged card figures so I do consider this outstanding.
If this would not make you happy maybe you are a little too picky,I feel they went out of their way to make me a happy customer and they did.

Why do some people need to find something negative about what someone else feels good about? That just ticks me off to no end.

          I'm with you there Toyman.
Sounds to me like they pulled them right out of a case and got them to you asap w/o even requiring a return. that sounds like pretty good customer care to me.

Obviously the person wanted decent cards. Otherwise just open the blister. Instead there was a complaint and more defective stuff was sent. You have 2 sets but NOT what you originally wanted. So they gave you bad service really fast. Thats good.

I think we are on the same page of two different books.
