It doesn't look very good. It's alright, but not great. Sadly the Superman sculpt that looked pretty good in proto, looked even worse in final form. So this iffy proto likely means that the final will really look like balls.

I think the Superman sculpt looks fine. I like it. It looks like Reeve to me. But I've beat that horse to death here, so I'll stop.

The promo pictures Mattel took sucked arse, and so Lex may be in the same boat.

I have Zod and Superman and they look amazing flanking my television set. That being said, Luthor looks like crap and I'll only pick one up if I feel the need to complete the set. I'll probably end up getting it, but I'm NOT impressed with what they showed in those pics.

The Superman and Zod are really nice in person. I like them as much as any Sideshow stuff I've ever had (although the SS stuff is a bit better if you are being critical).

It actually'd pass well for a Gene Simmons sculpt....more than a Gene Hackman!

I'd buy the figure for the suit and the wigs and replace the head
(and possibly the body) w/something better.

That's exactly what I thought. The pic in the circle on the bottom left looks like him as the President.

He looks ok but the only problem they are going to paint his whole head in a high gloss paint. The Reeve superman wasn't bad but the head was painted in a high gloss. If they would have molded his head in a flesh tone and then painted in the details he would have look great . Hot toys does is it that way and they look so real.
