'89 Batman is pretty great news. I'd love it if they did the sequel too, because a perfect 1/6 scale Catwoman and Penguin would look stupendous. (And you know... HT gave us a Tumbler from the Nolan movie - so who knows, maybe we'll see an '89 Batmobile too.) But the one that really has me excited is Indiana Jones! Wasn't expecting that one. All they need to do now is Ghostbusters and I'm set.

I'm waiting for more apes too . I sold off all my Sideshow apes when I heard the news that Hot Toys was going to do them. But Like the Watchmen they only produced 2 figures. Maybe when the new ape movie comes out they might make more. I was pretty happy the are Doing 89 Batman figures and the long waited Iron monger. Alice also looks good . Looks like I have to sell me Sideshow indy now that hot toys will make a DX version

Always been intrigued by these figures....but $200++ for them?! I understand that they are "premium format", but sweet Jesus guys...whats the raw material cost, $10 maybe? Maybe they have platinum inner cores?

I wonder WHY on EARTH they chose to make figures from the Resident Evil MOVIES rather than the GAMES? ..Those 'films' are horrid - as a HUGE fan of the game series, I cant even watch them!

I have been eyeing those Apes for years...I'll hit the trigger one day. Michael and Bruce sure look great, as does Rambo. (Though I agree with MIB41...they should have opted for a more 'mature' version of John. I gave that last flick a watch, not expecting much more than a mindless 80s F-fest, but was VERY surprised - they actually did the character justice, its a morality tale in a way, FAR deeper than the typical "blow it UP" type of crap..)

I still say that their Creature takes the cake though - just awesome. I have only seen pictures, so I'm unsure if the details are sculpted-on or if he wears a sort of 'rubber body suit', but either way, he is spectacular!

            ?????

I dig Resident Evil in most of it's incarnations for a variety of reasons, but note that they made video game figures first, and quite a few of them.

They actually opted for different versions of Rambo, from different movies, which gives you your Rambo/Stallone at whichever age you prefer.

I honestly don't see how anyone could find any kind of fault in the amount of toy-love Hot Toys is giving Stallone.

Let's be realistic here. In this day and age, here is what $10 will buy you...

^ I still can't get over that Expendables figure. That photo with the beret looks like an actual on-set photo of Stallone, the actor.

Honestly, how does Hot Toys do it? Sheesh...
