    Green Hornet toys at Hardee's

Even though the movie is over a month away, Hardee's has begun their Green Hornet promotion. Not only do they have Kid Meal toys, but they have a special Kickin' Asian sauce for their chicken strips, GH cups, and a contest to win the Black Beauty! There are lots of posters and promo pieces all over our Hardee's here.

They only had the Hornet figure today, but I picked him up for $.84. Can't beat that.

For those disturbed by Seth Rogen's casting, the figure is rather generic looking and could just as easily be Van Williams.

You know the movie is gonna tank when they do a fast food promo with freakin' Hardees...How far down the burger joint chain are they? McDonald's, BK, Wendy's.....
Was Roy Rogers (restaurant, not the dead cowboy dude) busy?

Love the Toys.. I'm sure hoping the movie stays somewhat cool and dark, despite the stars (and trailer..).

          One can always hope...

                Cool toys!

I too think the movie will tank. After all a Jan release? However when I saw the toys at Hardees I thought they were pretty cool. They look just like the old series. Now we just need the old complete series on DVD at walmart for about $15 and the bad movie will have been worth it all.

Still have Roy's in New Jersey. All the Turnpike rest areas. Gimmie a Double R Bar burger and a holster of fries, please.

Four words never heard at a Hardees...

                    "Hey, good job cleaning."

I gotta say, when they were around here they had the best roast beef I've ever had. I just made it a point not to walk inside.

^I thought that for years too, and it was true, but our Hardee's here is better kept than our McDonald's. And the staff is MUCH friendlier.

But most Hardee's are pretty nasty. Most of the BKs around here are worse though.

Well the toys look cool anyway. It's been a LONG time since I've eaten a Western Bacon cheeseburger...I wish there was a CJ's closer to me.

I think Hardees does the parking lot detail behind Rallys. Honestly the only reason why I have wanted this movie to come out is for the merchandise possibilities. The movie itself looks like a complete miss.

The toys do look pretty good, but I'm not sure where the closest Hardees is to me.
