Good website for modern Universal Monster toys?

I know of Ray Castile's great site, but it only runs up to the Sideshow stuff. My son has the Jakks classic Dracula and Wolfman, but I was wondering about some of the other companies that have made Universal figures in the last several years.

Any good sites to check out to compare and contrast?

    Thanks,

    Chris

After the Jakks there's only been the Toy Island and now the Diamond Select figures. I'm not aware of any sites that cover the modern Universal Monster toys. I personally recommend the Toy Island figures. Great sculpts and near Marvel Legends level of articulation. Very underated figures and much nicer than the recent Diamond figures in my opinion.

Here's a pic I took of them a few years ago.

Here's my thoughts and pics of the new Diamond Select figures.

The new Diamond Select Toys Universal Monsters: mini review - Mego Talk
You are a bold and courageous person, afraid of nothing. High on a hill top near your home, there stands a dilapidated old mansion. Some say the place is haunted, but you don't believe in such myths. One dark and stormy night, a light appears in the topmost window in the tower of the old house. You decide to investigate... and you never return...

I think somebody here had a cool site that showed off modern monster toys (Werewolf?).

Also, Michael Crawford's review site is good for pictures although I don't agree on the Toy Island figures, I thought they were terrific and underrated. They may have not had Sideshow's likeness but they're great toys.

I did for several years but took it down when I switched from AOL to Comcast.

Thanks guys! Are the Toy Island figures compatible with the Jakks figures, scale-wise?

Also, did the Toy Island figures come with BAF parts? I seem to recall that.

I'm honored anyone even remembers my little site.

I don't know about the Jakks scale (passed on those) but the BAF is Frankenstein, just a larger version.

The Toy Island figures are taller than the Jakks but look fantastic displayed with the Jakks bases. It's how I have them on display. I will post a pic shortly.

Yes, they do. Each figure comes with a part to build a really nice (and very large) Frankenstein.

The Toy Island figures display well with the Jakks bases.

Thanks Werewolf! Just looking at them, I have to say I prefer the Jakks figures (especially the Wolfman), but I think those are pretty nice.

I think Andrew would be happy with either Frankenstein, so the hunt is on!
