D.C.U. wave 15
Is this the wave with the Sinestro Batman? I saw them at Newbury Comics tonight. They had a $20.99 price tag. The figure looked Awesome, but way to expensive for my blood!

The sticker is wrong.. proven by the fact I got mine from elsewhere. TRU had similar stickers that were also wrong on some figures they received a few months back.
The only "exclusive aspect" is the time frame. K-Mart has them exclusively now "in store".. other stores will get these after the K-Mart time frame (few months) for first availability has passed.
