Star Wars Vintage Collection with silver logos/borders?

I found a Commander Cody and Hoth Han Solo yesterday at WalMart and they each a silver border and logo, instead of the white logos and borders. Is this a change in packaging for the latest shipments, or another chase set from Hasbro?

    Thanks,
    Derek

They are called UGH figures, Ultimate Galactic Hunt chase figures.

In other words it's another way for Uncle George to get more $$$ out of collectors that eat this variation stuff up and the scalpers to make a killing off eBay for inflated prices from the collectors who couldn't get them at retail.

at least in other years the UGH had a point (pack in or figure redemption points) this year it's just a way to make a chase version on the cheap without any paint varation in the figure - ie RIP OFF
