    Marvel Legends Question

    Hi,

just curious...are Marvel Legends worth collecting? Is there any value in keeping these MIB? I started when it first came out but man do they quickly take up space? I realize that there is no one answer but I am interested in other peoples' opinions.

Iffy thing over all I've found they dropped in value. The kicker is most people want the build a figures and dont want to spend extra for the complete in the box sets. So then you have to open them. But recently I ve looked to dump my collection and I'm not nearly offered as much as I think they are worth.. And I under shoot the lowest price guides. Good luck to you.

Yes, i think the new 4" MU figures have killed a lot fo the ML Value.

Worth collecting? I think so, if you are a Marvel fan. They are great figures with a nice selection of characters, and some come with excellent display stands.

Check the three big toy magazines. Tomarts, Lees and Toyfare. You should be able to get them at any local comic shop or Borders

I've been thinking about packing up my Marvel Legends and using the shelf space for something else...maybe the BBP TZ and DS figures
Think OUTSIDE the Box! For the BEST in Repro & Custom Packaging!

I've been picking up the ones I missed out on. I think Hasbro mis-managed the line. Their first line-up had a great Hercules figure but they included X3 figures too? A year after the film bombed? What the hell? They needed to choose better BAF's characters. After Galactus they had Blob, Ronan the Accuser!?!? Yet another Wolverine figure? Why not The Watcher? Noe they'rew making a 19 inch inaccurate Galactus? I've seen the pics and it doesn't beat the Toy Biz Galactus.

I would not go by price guide's they are always wrong, if you want a true price guide as much as I hate to say it ebay is the truest price guide for what people are paying for them

I'd TOTALLY agree. In my line of collecting, it's only worth what the top bidders' willing to pay for it..

eBay auctions have always been a good indicator to me whether I'm going to post it, or is simply donate it to a local Goodwill store.

Weird I was going to ask a similar question along the the line of wheres ML (toybiz) at price wise. The trouble is they take up a lot of space and if their value is next to nothing then, they are not even worth selling, because shipping would be quite expensive.
I would love to dump my ML collection but it would be a real hassle because of these reasons.
