Shazam! and Flash B&B figures going to make it out?

I was at a nearby Wal-Mart today, and they had a repackaged Blue Beetle figure with a new accessory, and on the back, lo and behold, was pictured the Flash! There was one of those deluxe Batmen with Metal Men accessories that pictured Captain Marvel (Shazam!) on the back as well.

Anyone know if these are actually going to make it out? I know they didn't show them at this year's comic con.

I'm really disapointed they never got around to Wildcat, Fun Hus and Guy Gardner personally.

Which Flash? Jay Garrick?

I've been crossing my fingers that they would do Gardner and G'nort. I'm hoping that they are simply going to rebrand rather than cancel the toyline, just like the comic book recently announced a new #1. There is still another season of the TV show coming out right? They announced a heavier involvement of the Blue Beetle didn't they?

While it's nice to have A Flash B&B figure, it would have been nice to have given the toyetic nod to Jay Garrick given that he's had more of a presence in Brave and Bold than Barry. Dare we dream of a Barry, Jay and Wally Kid Flash three pack? Maybe via Mattycollector.

I don't know if the relaunched comic book is an indication of how the soft-reboot of the TV series is going to go, but they are going to feature Superman and other A-list heroes. Which is a bit of a reversal from the comicon panel I attended last year where the producers stated that Superman etc had been done so much with JLU, even The Batman, that they wanted to go in a different direction than A-list Hero teamups.



Which is a shame since a great deal of the charm from Brave and the Bold for me is B'wana Beast, Kamandi, Jay Garrick, Detective Chimp, Booster Gold, G'nort, Guy Gardner, Plas and Woozy Winks, and all the other goofy characters paired with Batman.

I wonder if it will mirror BTAS morphing to Justice League but just skipping the STAS step? That would be livable.
