I'm not really sure what to ask for these, so I'll just go with $30 for boxed 6-packs, $15 for carded 3-packs, and $8 for carded singles. I'll say $2 each for basic Superman, Batman, Flash, Green Lantern, or Martian Manhunter and $3 for Hawkgirl. I think $10 is fair for Ultra Humanite or Gorilla Grodd, and for the rest of the loose singles(including B:TAS), $5. The Matty Collector Green Lantern set is $15 and the other loose 3-packs are $10. I'd like to sell the New Gods as a set for $25. As far as the Teen Titans figures go, I'd be happy to get $25 for the whole lot, or $1 per figure(includes the Puffy AmiYumi figures). Feel free to make offers. I'd love to sell these as big lots or teams if possible. Shipping will be calculated once I know your total.

It's really difficult to even think of a group to customize in the Animated scale to spice up 1's collection, that Hasn't been done, Unless you go for something like the rest of the 7 Soldiers,... The Rest of the Secret Six ...., maybe some JSA characters, like Liberty Bell/ Jessie Quick Damage, Starman, Sandman, Magog ..., or a Judus Contrat set ... DeathStroke, Disco NightWing, StarFire, WonderGirl, BeastBoy ...., Or really tapped into all the Green Lantern Stuff. Or I guess just Flipped them Completely, and made Marvel Custom's with them. I seen these 1 time ...., Neat stuff.
Actually, Bill Burns has been the master since '96. What Flatt is to Mego he's to animated. He lectured a few times at SDCC and made a number of the prototypes for Boomeraction like the Quests. Bill had to cut back a few years ago, but he was interested in helping the Retro Action line when Doc was seeking assistance, but he never got a response.

        I dunno Man ....
Seriously ..., I had chated with Cas, as I used to belong to a forum, where he was a member, So with the personaly level that I had, I wrote what I did. I've never really followed any on else that customized the scale, It doesn't interest Me at all, really outside of purchasing character's that I want, but I don't open them either.

Flatt Is really nothing to Mego's today.

The thing with the JLU figures is they are hard to find around here (gosh I say that a lot about Mattel stuff, I need to knock that off). I'd collect them more if I could find them. But then in a strange twist, they became readily available at discount stores in my area. The 3 packs anyway.
I have a love/hate with them because they don't stand up. I love the characters but they're so cheaply made its annoying.

I've answered all pms and updated the list. If anyone has asked me about a figure, and has not let me know they are definitely buying, please inform me within the next day or two so I can let other interested members know what is still available.

Hey, I wasn't trying to start a war over it. My comment about Flatt was in reference to where something starts. What you're doing is obviously the next evolution from him, but if his work didn't appear in RTM in the mid-90's, the ball for all of this doesn't get rolling.

Re: animated, Bill was the original. We're going back to Newsrama and its customs newsgroup, the very early web and pre-forums days of the mid-90's, where the hobby really took hold online. It was mainly built around two formats, Batman/Superman TAS, (pre-Justice League), and Total Justice. Bill became reknown and was getting commission work from dozens of comic and entertainment industry people which turned into a lot of prototype work and SDCC panels. A number of the figures in the Boomeraction bumperspots are his work and he was credited one year at SDCC as partly saving the style when WB/Kenner had no real plans of continuing with it.

I'm not familiar with Cas offhand, but if he was around back then, I might know him, but he would certainly know Burns. It's hard to appreciate now what Bill was able to do because, as the point of this thread shows, the custom base of the past several years is huge. Back then, we were scrounging for female Earthworm Jim characters and Dale Arden from that bombed Flash Gordon line because the pool was so limited. A lot of the early work was re-tooled Toy Biz since that was the easiest to obtain.
