    Ultra-Act Ultraman Review

Ultraman made his television debut on July 17, 1966. For over 30 years Bandai has been making Ultraman figures. Mostly of the limited articulation, vinyl variety. This year they have created a new line, to compliment their popular S.H. Figurarts lines and to compete with other lines like Revoltech, called Ultra-Act. Ultraman, as he appeared in the most recent film is, fittingly, the first figure in this line. I have the complete review with nearly 40 photos up today as part of our Ultraman Week celebration at Infinite Hollywood.

Great review of a really cool looking figure. I just can't get my head around a 6" figure that costs $30 and up. I got the non articulated one from a number of years ago. There was a number 1 on the box.

Found a Giant Robot figure at bbts.com too. Man it was great watching TV in the 70's.

A great review! (As was the other Ultraman coverage. I learned a lot, since I've been a little out of tune with recent Ultra films. Thanks!)

Hobbylink Japan carries the Ultra-Act series. They're one of my favorite retailers for current Japanese hobby & toy products. No secondary-market markup. Only Japanese SRP. Gotta order fast, though. HobbyLink Japan Home Page or see the link earlier in this thread.
