    Thundercats / Voltron

I just read that there are new Thundercats figures and Voltron Figures coming soon. Looks like Ban Dai is bringing Thundercats based off the new series and classic series next year. I am kind of excited about this but hope Ban Dai does these correctly. Mattel is bringing us Voltron.... Not sure how to feel about this. I hope we see Figures of the pilots , I love my Panosh Place figs , but would love to see the characters in the Classics scale similiar to He-Man , GB , and DC.

I hope ban dai makes these new thundercats figures in 5 or 6" in size, it would seem odd to see them smaller as they were always quiet big figures on the shelf compared to other figures much like the he-man ones were when they came out first

Agreed I truly believe the Thundercats should do this as 5" or 6" Scale , I hope these avoid a 3.75" scale. I love 3.75" scale but I don't like these to be that size. I also Hope these end up with better designs than most of Ban Dai's crap. Anyone remember a Ban Dai figure line that was decent ?

Scale doesn't matter a whole lot to me. They just better damn well look like the old character designs ala Mattel's Masters of the Universe classics. I think those are hands down the best example of how to do a new version of a classic toy.

BK I agree totally. Ban Dai has always been poor on my list. I am really surpised Warner did not go with a better company considering the properties popularity. Could you Imagine Thundercats Classics by Mattel ?

Yeah almost impossible to get hold of, available on matty collector only, and cost an absolute fortune to get if you live outside the USA, and add to that bad quality control, much like what people are saying about the masters classics and the early waves of DCUC

Same here. I had really hoped for MOTUC style Thundercats done by the 4 horsemen. But I'm still hoping they will surprise us and make some truly great figures.
You are a bold and courageous person, afraid of nothing. High on a hill top near your home, there stands a dilapidated old mansion. Some say the place is haunted, but you don't believe in such myths. One dark and stormy night, a light appears in the topmost window in the tower of the old house. You decide to investigate... and you never return...

It probably would have made more sense for the licenses to be reversed.
