There are many different bodies available for the 1:6 scale (12 inch figure). And you can pretty much MAKE any head fit any body. So it depends on how much you want to spend and how articulated you want it.
And you can always pick up a Medicom body... unfortunately they are notorious for breakage. Very very fragile.
I'm a fan of Dragon bodies as base for 1:6 scale for thin figures and BBI for more muscular. I believe Medicom is most compatible with Dragons, but like I said, you can MAKE any head fit any body.
Since Medicom is being distributed thru Sideshow, you can pick up an Art S Buck body (originally made by Sideshow) for fun. I have a couple in blue and the male makes for a great Dr Manhattan custom.
NOTE: Since Medicom figures are VERY short compared to other 1:6 scale figures, you might want to stick to fragile Japanese dollmakers (since they make theirs shorter)

^^ what Zod said
those rah bodies are indeed delicate and tend to snap at the joints when posed with aggressive hands. i.e. played with.
Hot Toys also has a great body with changeable head fittings that can work with many factory made heads. They call them the true type body. HT is also making bodies for Sideshow now, I think they refer to it as the Prometheus body. There are some variations in that one, tho as they are making really skinny limbs for the armored figures in the Star Wars line.
be prepared to drop some coin on a good body and have fun with it.Comment

The Hot Toys Bodies are pretty damn neat stuff !!! They also got a new female body too.... The Original Knight ..., Often Imitated, However Never Duplicated. The 1st Knight in Customs.
