Need help for ID and info

I am not familiar with many of the "newer" characters in comics as I stopped reading them in the mid-ninties.
Also am not a knower concerning a lot of the toy lines launched from the 90s on.
Picked up this figure on the weekend,I thought he looked cool.
Do'nt know who he is tho.
Captain America variant?
Any info on this character and this line greatly appreciated.

This looks like an incomplete Marvel Legends Ultimate WWII Captain America. It was sold in a 2 pack with Ultimate Nick Fury.
