What do you think about the Marvel Universe 3 3/4 Figures?

I just scored the Marvel Universe Upside Down Variant Spider-Man and the Classic Ironman for about 8.00 a piece at Wally World...I kinda like these figures, just thought I'd see what you folks thought about the line

My son has quite a few of these, and I think most are very well done. There is an occasional clunker, but most I've seen have been very well made. The price is pretty nuts, but I guess you are paying for the license. They are far superior to almost all of Mattel's Infinite Heroes figures, although those are starting to improve.

The Iron Man movie figures are well made too. Most stores have those for under $7, so that makes them even better.

They are better than the superhero showdown 3.75 figs that came out a few years ago but they are just not worth the price imo. Plus they have released figures in this scale that they did not in the old 6 inch scale and that burns me up. So far I've only bought the Thor/Enchantress secret wars two pack.

I like them they are well made and have a nice range of characters but I would like to see them cheaper at around the 6.00 price mark myself

I'm collecting them and the Dc Infinite Heroes figures, I like the current Marvel Universe line, as well as the spiderman, and Iron Man 2 lines.

I've got a collection of them, as well as the Showdown figures because they mesh so well together. The new ones are far superior and much sturdier than the Showdown figures, but I'm only buying what I really like from each series and looking forward to Iron Spider-Man, the new Spidey body sculpt, a few new Wolvies, a new Punisher, and the Mary Jane coming down the pike in the coming months. As it stands now a great deal of the figures are super peg warmers, most likely because of the price. If they'd put them on clearance for 5 bucks like the Wolverine movie figures they'd sell like hotcakes.

In other news, 3.75" Star Trek movie figures are now for sale at Dollar Tree. I kid you not. A buck a piece and they have all of them...tons of them in fact. At least here in Ky. they do.

I really like these, but $9 plus tax is way too much for me. I have a few. I wish they would go on clearance once in a while.

I would have loved them 26 years ago when all of my GI Joes and Star Wars action figures were that size. When action figures started getting bigger and bigger, I got rid of all the smaller stuff. Now everything is small again. I'm not starting over with small figures again no matter how cool they look and no matter how much I like them.

I think they're very cool but I'm not going back.

Bullseye is a toughy but Warpath is resting on his laurels around these parts. If you need one I'd be happy to snag one and ship it to you at nothing but cost and shipping.

I wish the DC ones were as good as the Marvel.

I'd buy more of them but they're like 10 bucks here and thats way too much. I have Spidey and Iron Man and thats about it so far. I kinda wanted Green Goblin but haven't seen him anywhere.

I think the Marvel Figures as well as the wonderful interchanable 4 inch movement is about 25 years too late for me :-(.

No excuse to NOT make Marvel Vehicles at this point!
