New GI JOE Adventure Team sets in 3 3/4 inch scale.
You are a bold and courageous person, afraid of nothing. High on a hill top near your home, there stands a dilapidated old mansion. Some say the place is haunted, but you don't believe in such myths. One dark and stormy night, a light appears in the topmost window in the tower of the old house. You decide to investigate... and you never return...
Ever since 1982 when G.I. Joe returned in this scale I've been hoping to see Adventure Team figures in the same scale. These look very cool and I'm highly disapointed that they are exclusives. It would be great these see a retail release even if it's just the figures without the vehicles or killer plant.
Very cool. I don't even collect Joes, but being able to recapture the 70's style in this size is great. I would definitely buy those if they were not exclusives.
i would rather have them put the energy and resources into the 12" vintage style Joes, but it is what it is. If there had been a continuation of the AT or super Joe in 4" format back in the day, I may have been interested. As is, I'll be saving up for the spy/shark set. Yum!
Now your talking. Not sure who dr. Venom is/was (added as a forerunner of Cobra?), but I would buy these in a heartbeat. Add in a training center and the old command center playset and Hasbro would clean up. It would sell much better than the crummy movie stuff thats stinking up the pegs.
With the resurge of the 8" format, it would be cool to see the Super Joe line come back. Always liked some of the characters and the body molds could be used for other stuff like say.......Marvel heroes. Could be some cool comic/cartoon crossovers as well. I find big business has such a limited vision nowadays. It's like they have blinders on and stiff necks that won't turn. Would love to see kids get some of that play imagination back and step away from the video game world.

If i remeber Dr Venom was a figure from the Early comic that has never been made before. Quinn , and scarface were teh others but were recentlly made. There were all killed. maybe thats why they were never made.
If I got these I would have to have the Joes Flocked !
as it is I prefer a REAL 3 3/4 " format with the o ring.
