I still see a load of Iron man figs on the selves as well as Indiana Jones, There seems to be a lot of star trek and wolverine stuff too, but I think that it was a bit over priced
I think Iron man 2 could be next years big peg warmer

                My favourite peg warmers?

A couple of years ago, my buddy Jorgen tells me his friend picked up some Star Wars figures, tucked behind a bunch of Barbies in an old "Mom & Pop" toy store.
My buddy asks if I want them, they were initially $3 each, but the guy wants $10, because they look "old".
I say "sure, but I want to check first which ones they are?"

                Drum roll please...
                A 12 back Leia.
                No kidding.

I gave my friend $10 for the guy, and $20 for being the best friend ever.
I asked what the other figure was.
Another Leia, "but he seems to have misplaced it...."

Ah, well, I got my one and only 12 back!!!
How could it be that a figure stays on the peg for 30 years????
                .

Yarna d'al' Gargan from Return of the Jedi. There are no less then 12 of her at my local Walmart. Just her.

Sideways(?) from Transformers Revenge of the Fallen. He's a grey car. I counted about 30 of them at the same walmart.

Maybe you could address how evil, grubby, collectors pick the aisles clean of the red meat figures and leave the more common ones behind. Watchmen - only the rare ones sell: the females, Roarshack w/mask and Dr. Manhattan never to be found; all the other characters just sit there. I see "new" Battlestar Galactica stuff at every TRU: Apollo in casual military garb, young Adama, battle damaged new Centurion, even Stripe Centurion doesn't sell, ( Boomer, Starbuck and revised classic Cyslons fly off the pegs).

More in keeping with your article tho: Bakugam & Ben 10 don't seem to be moving. Niether do the Secret Saturdays. I see a lot of Batman: Brave & the Bold sitting around. DC infinite Crisis 3 & /4 figures: Green Lantern 6 -pack, Gotham City 3-Pack w/Commissioner Gordon, Guy Gardener vs. Black Hand, Alex Luthor, Thanagarian Soldier not moving. The JLU tiny metal 9 pack figures not moving. Tiger Woods toys/statues still sit around. Up until recently TRU still had Prince Caspian and Golden Compass toys too. Lightening Thief doesn't seem to be jumping either.

                              ASTRO-BOY .
After 4 Months, this crap isn't even moving at TRU ..., I saw them Yesterday marked down, I believe 50% off,.. and there wasn't even a Dent in them.

                              G.I.Joe Cobra Viper ..., I don't think anyone Wants this ...

                              Secret Saturday's didn't even Move....

Terminator Salvation has the Worst figures ever..., I don't even think a Buck Clearance would move them ...

Speed Racer is like 75% off or more here, they can't even give these away ...

BTAS Later figures, before the redesign ..., people like Green Robin, Ras, Blue Batman, ... at Kay Bee ..., these things were there for like 4 for 9.99 ...., and still never even moved, until the store closed.
