I have to say that is one sweet Superman figure. I've always loved Alex Ross' work also.

Just got this today, and although it cost me more than I've ever spent on a modern figure ($85.95 including shipping from eBay), I'm extremely pleased with it. I was avoiding this line mainly due to the prices and dodgy sculpts (this one blows away Aquaman, f.ex.) until my brother happened to pick me up a Bizarro that had been marked down next to nothing at FAO Schwartz. That one really impressed me, and since then it just seemed right to get this figure.

The pics out there for the Alan Scott Green Lantern have intrigued me, and I'm on the fence about the upcoming Alex Ross "Justice" Batman (the bottom part of his face seems a bit wonky).

You can get Sinestro All day long on Ebay for 28.99 right now ...
A couple of the other 1's too.

Like I previously wrote, I have never paid over 50 bucks for 1, but Robin.
Most can be had for 50 and Under ..., But I might very well throw Down for that Golden Age GL .
... The Original Knight ..., Often Imitated, However Never Duplicated. The 1st Knight in Customs.

always trading for Hot Toys Figures .

I got Supes for $63 shipped. So not bad price wise. I like him a lot. Can't wait for the last two.

Great collection! I love that Batman. They have some of these for 30% off at a local comic book shop here. But, no Bats... (sigh)

I started getting in to the DC 13 inchers this year but quickly ran out of space
I don't think I paid more than $50 for any one

That one is nice! I may have to pull the trigger on him eventually.

I just wish the female figures hadn't gone down the tubes. Both Wonder Woman and Poison Ivy look like bored girlfriends dressed up for Cosplay at a con. Their faces look fairly real, but not like the characters at all. The male figures still look really cool though. My favorites are the classic Batman and Robin.

i just finished modding my superman ,i padded out the hip section and waist ,the knees on mine looked kinnda odd ,i think the suit was sewn too tight ,so i padded them out ,the arms really bugged me as he was so musclebound in the latts ,i couldnt get a arms down stance so i ground down the latts and he now looks like this ,im pretty happy with him now ,swapped out the belt ,i just need a regular superman emblem and paint out the gray in his hair and im done

The existing Shazam 13-incher is already pretty close to Ross' version. I'd really like to see a beefier body and different head sculpt, but I think that's as close as we'll get to KC Marvel.

I almost had a psychic girlfriend but she dumped me before we met.

If anyone here believes in psychokinesis, please raise my hand.

Ok thanks...I got that one already which is cool, I just liked the older "beefier" version for some reason. I have the small DC direct figure, but I'd a 1/6 scale version too.

I will pick up KC Supes after the holidays.
