been browsing some custom figure sites... this one as just advertised on tv here so i thought id check it out

Not the same thing but I did this one of myself simply because it was an easy convert to look like me and wearing basically the clothes I always wear, black t-shirt, jeans, and boots.

My son, he's 12 now, when he was 3 or 4 was obsessed with having toys of different family members. He had a Daddy figure, made out of a Steve Corino ECW figure, a Mommy doll, made out of some blonde haired doll, and figures of his two uncles, himself, and various others, some of our friends and what not. I would just keep my eyes out for any toy that looked like whomever was missing from the lineup and go from there customizing what I had to, because after all, he played with them.

I'd love to get something like that done, but the price is a little steep for me. I really want to get into customization big time and am about to try my hand at some really good ones, it just makes me nervous about messing things up...lol...
