    >I can appreciate the craft and detail involved, this one never really screamed "Vampire" to me.

    Hmmmm 7:3/4" tall.... 8 1/2" with 'fro.

Y'know.... I can't pick a worst one, since I think ANY monster figure is cool.

Marvel Legends Dracula to me is a bit of a "miss", particularly since the other three figures he comes with in the Boxset are so awesome. I mean who's ever think we'd get Marvel's Werewolf by Night, Frankenstein and the Marvel Zombie as action figures?

              Undead? More like FUN-dead.
I always thought the Jakks Monsters were under appreciated and unfairly maligned. Same with the Toy Island ones. I think they're great.
You are a bold and courageous person, afraid of nothing. High on a hill top near your home, there stands a dilapidated old mansion. Some say the place is haunted, but you don't believe in such myths. One dark and stormy night, a light appears in the topmost window in the tower of the old house. You decide to investigate... and you never return...

As a collector, I agree. As a parent, I found the Imperial line to be very kid friendly. Except for Franky who's head was small and popped off all the time. Looking back I should have waited on the Frankster. The first time my son accidently knocked the head off, I became "Hero of the Day" to my son when I simply popped it back on. After the third time watching me, he figured how to do it himself. Not bad for going on two. Every kid is different, I took him at three to see Army of Darkness, he loved it. The following Halloween I took him to a "Kickin" haunted house, toward the end he starting getting scared and I rushed him through. On my way out I heard other visitors saying: "Who would bring a baby to a haunted house?" Once outside, he wanted to go back in. From the back seat of the car I explained that we couldn't go back. He seemed to understand, and accepted it rather well for 4 years old. All the way home he giggled like the devil from the back seat. I was sad that the same people who had seen him having the time of his life for about 3/4 of the show, suddenly found fault when he got a little scared toward the end. This is why parents have to decide for themselves what is good for their child, even though it isn't for someone else.

I must say that the 12 inch Side Show (black and white) version of Bela Lugosi's Dracula is the best I've ever seen.

SideShow's 12" line of monster dolls rules. I got Nosferatu and London After Midnight. Could you ever guess.
Yeah, that Bela is FANTASTIC. How about the Bela Frankenstein from Frankie vs. wolfie. Didn't they also do a Glenn Strange Frank as well. All the SideShow 12" monster dolls are to die for. I'll go with you, for it being the best, and that's a hard call.
As for the worst? I'm not sure. There were some "Spanish versions" of Drac that took the place of Bela due to likness rights of Universal.
Sorry, I have yet to come up with one to call the worst. Although that McFarlane "Vampire" just may be it.

Imagine how cool it would have been if they did a figure with the Vlad the Impaler armour instead! 1/6th scale on a posable body with removable armor.

I didn't realize Sideshow had done a Lugosi as well!

                      Nosferatu!

and Oh Wow! Who'd of ever thought that we'd get a London After Midnight like this?

I'm a bit torn about this one. This cartoony Dracula really doesn't look like much, but like all the Real Ghostbusters toys, it had a great action feature.

If Super Powers hadn't ended, you can just imagine what Kenner could have done with something like a Man Bat Super Powers figure that opens his mouth and flaps his wings.
The Tarkin head is a very good sculpt but its sadly TOO FRIGGIN BIG

I think I saw mock ups of Man Bat in one of the toy magazines along with the Catwoman prototype first shot . . . .?
