Saw an odd DCUC Batman today

Or at least I think it was odd.

A few weeks ago I saw a DCUC case on a stocking cart at a nearby Wal-Mart. I asked the ladies unloading the cart if I could take a look inside. They told me they hadn't put it out yet. I said I know, but I would probably buy most of what was in the case. They still said they hadn't put it out yet.

Well, I keep going back to check if they were out, and it's always the same Captain Colds, Killer Moth and Hawkmen. But today, I see one "new" figure. A black/gray Batman, just like the one in the Wal-Mart 5 pack, but he comes with the grapple and batarang like the first series Batman. He's on that "World's Greatest Super Heroes" packaging like the reissue of the first Batman.

Which case is this Batman shipping with? I'm not sure if they pulled one figure from that unopened case, or he's the only remnant of the case left, or maybe he was a return from another store?

I think they Started with wave 6 as far as the Reissue WGSH Stand versions. ... There's like 10 or so of them Now too. ...Popular characters seem to make the cut, and so far only Good Guys ..., Except for Robin..., it seems everyone so far was also on the JLA Roster.

The new black/grey Batman in the WGSH package I believe shipped with Wave 11. Also comes with Superman in the WGSH package. Or that's what I think based on what I've seen on ebay and such.

Flash is also coming on the WGSH package. I just have Batman and Robin in the WGSH package.

yes wave 11 shipped a wgsh batman, superman and flash. most likely the case was wave 11

I noticed this morning at Walmart that they had bumped the price of DCUC figures up to $14.97. Nobody was paying $12.97 for Capt. Cold and Big Barda before so why would they pay $14.97 for the same peg warmers. I'm planning on checking the Walmart closest to my house on my way home to see if they jumped the price up as well.

That makes sense. I was thinking that they would have wave 11, as they did actually get wave 10 there. I noticed the price hike too, and thought the same thing. Wal-Mart is horrible about clearancing things, but clearly, Cold, Moth etch aren't going to sell at that price, so clearance them and make room for more.

I honestly think someone pulled that Batman from the case and put the rest back in the stock room, because the pegs are literally full of the pegwarmers, and I can't see where they would have even put them, unless they let some other guy open the case. Which would honk me off to no end.

I saw the WGSH Batman in Walmart today along with 5 figures from wave 11 - green Steppenwolf, John, Katma, Shark and the Question. No Deadman or Cyborg Supes. Also saw Wave 10 Power Girl and Robotman. It looks like me finding the ones I need from Waves 8 or 9 are over with now (at least in the stores).

I Happen to Have an Extra Killer Moth,.. that I would Trade for a Green Arrow,.. or wave 11 Stewart, Cyborg Superman, or the Female Green Lantern chick.
