Hot Toys head Howard Chan announced that they'll be releasing a Chris Reeve Superman in 2010, according to this post on Sideshow Freaks:

I'm looking forward to the Mattel one, but NO ONE does likenesses like Hot Toys. Now I wish I'd gotten that Brando Jor-El from Superman Returns. Dagnabbit!!!

It also makes me forget that nice Cinemaquette figure that is coming out. And I REALLY need to forget that. Or I'll be divorced!

That Jor-El is still floating around on eBay for non-insane prices. Or at least non-insane compared to how much those Superman Returns 2-in-1 figures are.

I'll definitely be picking up the Hot Toys one, along with the Mattel one.

Hope they follow up (either company) with Linda Carter Wonder Woman. Dare we dream Adam West Batman?

I can see them making Lynda Carter, but I think poor Adam's Batman likeness is wrapped up in that legal quagmire with Fox, Greenway and WB/DC.

I may have to look into that Jor-El now...

I got my Jor_El Hot Toys MIB for only 25.00 on EBAY!!!!! He was spelled Jo-El and I was the only one bidding,..What luck!! sculpting is fantastic!

Face sculpt on Jor-El to me is so accurate to Brando,..and the outfit so meticulously made,...right down to his belly,..which is really a small white pillow,..although i dont know why he comes with a pair of bare feet instead of extra hands, is beyond me,..but the figure and box makes it worth no matter the price.
