Stupidest X Men Figures in the last 20 years?

I'm doing a piece and I really need to submit it but my lack of X knowledge is pretty crippling. If you could pick the dumbest least neccesary X Men figures produced, please let me know what they would be.

Right now I've got most of X Men 2099 and a few weird variants like the "Monster Armour" series.

How about the Marvel Legends Toad....obviously inspired by the movie at the time...otherwise why would they make the Toad as one of the 1st four figures outta the gate?

I heard that figure was made for a previous line... Notice the Articulation Not being on Par either with Ironman, Cap & Hulk. They threw him in with those,.. to give him a Home ...

I'd pretty much say Any Damn Wolverine and Cable Old school Toy Biz figure,.. that they made-up to Keep both of the Characters going ... Like all that Spider-man and Batman Nonsense. ...
